International standards

Our clients increasingly need consistency of operations across the countries they operate in and expect us to deliver the same high level of service across the world. The implementation of international quality standards is an important step towards this end.

CEVA Logistics has been accredited to the following standards:

ISO 9001
This accreditation confirms that we subscribe to a number of quality management principles, including customer focus, leadership and mutually beneficial supplier relationships

ISO 14001
This accreditation confirms that we are committed to reducing the impact of our operations on the environment. We will go beyond what governments expect of us to minimise the impact our operations have on the environment.

OHSAS 18001
The health and safety of our employees is important to us and we seek to minimise the risks they face in these areas.

SA 8000
SA 8000 determines standards of social responsibility in areas such as health and safety, child labour, forced labour, freedom of association, discrimination, disciplinary practices, working hours, and compensation, as well as the management systems needed to meet them.

CEVA encourages the application of SA 8000 among our sites in countries that are not members of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). This guarantees compliance with United Nations' universal labour standards.

Investor In People (IIP)
Investor In People (IIP) is an international quality standard for effective investment in the training and development of people to achieve business goals.

CEVA is committed to having all its business units meet IIP standards. The Benelux, UK, Australia, Italy (Automotive Logistics), Singapore and North America are already accredited.
